Alligator Bay Distillers is a family owned and operated small batch craft distillery located in beautiful Bonita Springs,  Florida.

Founded in 2015 by brothers Alexander and Benjamin Voss, our production is geared toward producing traditional handcrafted award winning rums & whiskey.

Our rum production motto is "Cane to Bottle". Our rum is made from 100% Floridian black strap molasses which we source locally from Clewiston, Florida just 88 miles east of our operation. We double distill our rum in an old fashioned copper pot still and finish in a copper pot column still. Our hooch whiskey ( 2 grain mash bill) 80% corn 20% barley is single distilled in our copper pot column still.
